My Dad and Me in Our Twenties

my dad in his twenties me in my twenties

A two-panel collage compares the narrator’s father in his twenties with the narrator at the same age. The father is represented by confident, action-hero and adventurous movie characters, while the narrator is represented by serious, awkward, or brooding characters. The joke is self-deprecating: the father seemed much cooler and more capable at that age. EN: A two-panel collage compares the narrator’s father in his twenties with the narrator at the same age.
