I WISH I HAD HER BODY...

What it means

A cartoon woman in a gym locker room looks enviously at another woman’s athletic body while an oddly elongated male head appears between them. The joke comes from the literal and bizarre interpretation of wishing to have someone else’s body, making the reaction absurd and unsettling.
