HowToBasic Origin Story Cake Smash

Howtobasic origin story

A small child stands at a table with a brightly decorated cake while adults suddenly push the child’s face into it. The child ends up covered in frosting as the scene becomes chaotic, parodying HowToBasic’s destructive cooking-video style; it works as a reaction to an absurd or unexpectedly messy situation. The clip uses Issa Omojola’s “joker (Outro),” whose dark, bass- and cello-like instrumental mood makes the cake smash feel dramatically ominous and ridiculous.
