Evil Shadow Self Says Hey

Text on the meme

i hope i don’t have to fight my evil shadow self today hey no fucking way

What it means

A social media-style three-panel exchange shows someone hoping they will not have to fight their evil shadow self today, followed by the shadow self casually saying “hey.” The punchline is the immediate realization that the feared fight is about to happen, making it a reaction to unexpectedly encountering a personal problem or bad situation.
