Fake Falling Feeling While Sleeping
when you’re trying to sleep and your body does that fake fall thing
A blurry person lies in bed with a startled expression beneath the caption about the sudden falling sensation that happens while trying to sleep. The joke captures the familiar hypnic jerk, when the body suddenly twitches or feels as if it is falling, making this useful as a relatable sleep reaction meme.
