Pokemon Fans Losing Their Organs

Text on the meme

Pokemon fans when you open their ribcages and slowly start to pull out all their organs

What it means

A crying baby screams at the camera beneath a caption about opening Pokémon fans’ ribcages and removing their organs. The joke imagines Pokémon fans reacting dramatically to a grotesque punishment, using the baby’s exaggerated distress as an absurd reaction image.
