Me: *falls asleep on arm* blood cells: Let me in. LET ME IIIIIIIIIIN!
A person with red blood cells edited over their face urgently tries to get through a gate. The joke is that falling asleep on your arm temporarily blocks blood flow, so the blood cells react as if they are locked outside and desperately want back in.
