hmm today i will touch fuzzy

What it means

A crude four-panel rage comic shows a stick figure deciding to touch a blurry, fuzzy-looking object. After approaching it, the figure’s face and body become grotesquely warped, implying that touching the fuzzy object causes a bizarre transformation. It is used as an absurd reaction to curious decisions that end badly.
