Life Is Soup Chopstick

Text on the meme

life is soup and i'm not even a fork. i am a chopstick

What it means

A distressed manga-style character rests their face in their hand beneath the captions “life is soup” and “and i'm not even a fork. i am a chopstick.” The absurd metaphor expresses feeling fundamentally unequipped to deal with a confusing or difficult situation, so it is used as a self-deprecating reaction to helplessness or existential frustration.
