Thomas on the Touch Bar

HELP, I installed an extra package accidentally and now my touch bar is displaying Thomas The Choo Choo Train and I can’t remove it! Any advice?

A MacBook touch bar is displaying several cartoon train faces instead of its usual controls. The joke is that the user pretends this bizarre customization was accidentally installed as a software package and cannot be removed, turning a harmless visual glitch into a tech-support problem.
