What it means

A screenshot of a social media post dramatically mourning the shutdown of Google+, paired with a close-up of a child screaming and laughing. The joke is the exaggerated grief over losing a discontinued platform and its many Google-branded services, making it useful as an absurd reaction to an unwanted ending or change.
