Then and Now Apple Face

Text on the meme

THEN NOW

What it means

A split-screen comparison shows a stern bald man labeled “THEN” beside a red apple with a human-like face labeled “NOW.” The joke parodies “then and now” cast comparisons by implying that the person has somehow transformed into an unsettling apple. It is used as an absurd reaction to dramatic or bizarre changes over time.
