Discord Mods Fly to Yemen

What it means

A fast-moving montage shows four Discord moderators represented by flags and age-of-consent labels for Angola, the Philippines, Nigeria, and Yemen. The clip cuts to people dancing, an “ON AIR” sign, a plane, and more dancing while “Discord mods on their flight to Yemen” remains on screen. The joke darkly mocks Discord moderation and sexual-abuse controversies by implying that the moderators are fleeing to a country stereotypically associated with a very low age of consent, set to the cheerful, absurdly upbeat song “Dragostea Din Tei” by O-Zone.
