Statues Turned Golden by Touch
Statues that have turned golden from people touching them
Two statues show areas polished to a golden shine where people have repeatedly touched them: a relief of a kneeling dog beside an armored figure, and a standing female statue with golden chest and flowers. The joke points out the amusing, oddly specific effects of tourist habits and communal touching.
