Flag of a communist country but it of course is run by a bunch of bottoms
A large sad pleading emoji appears over a plain bright red field, resembling a communist flag. The joke is a self-deprecating political reaction: although the country presents itself as communist, it is supposedly governed by incompetent or contemptible people.
