I Don't Accept Money and Cookies

Text on the meme

I don't accept money and cookies.

What it means

An anime-style girl calmly says she does not accept money and cookies while a hand offers Japanese banknotes. In the lower panel, another colorful anime character cries uncontrollably at a stack of dark green cards, creating an absurd reaction to the refusal. The meme is used when someone rejects an offer despite an obviously tempting bribe. EN: An anime-style girl calmly says she does not accept money and cookies while a hand offers Japanese banknotes.
