Fap Fan vs No Fap Enjoyer

Text on the meme

average fap fan average no fap enjoyer Coooom!! life is a battle against darkness..

What it means

A two-panel comparison shows Shrek screaming excitedly as the “average fap fan,” while a grayscale, calm-looking Shrek appears as the “average no fap enjoyer” with the caption “life is a battle against darkness..”. The joke contrasts exaggerated sexual excitement with stoic abstinence and self-discipline, making it a reaction meme about choosing restraint over indulgence.
