What it means

A screenshot of a dark comment thread repeatedly saying “Dementia /s” appears above an image of Robert Downey Jr. looking confused and pointing at himself with the caption “He has dementia.” The joke is that the repeated forgetful comments are illustrated by a character who supposedly cannot remember anything, making it a reaction to forgetting, confusion, or repeating oneself.

Who

Robert Downey Jr. (Роберт Дауни-младший)
