Security Guard Becomes 2B
NieR:Automata
A bald, masked security guard sits in a brightly lit store while the camera zooms dramatically toward his face. The clip then abruptly overlays 2B’s white hair from NieR:Automata, turning the ordinary guard into a budget android protagonist. Set to Keiichi Okabe’s melancholic orchestral video-game music, the overly serious presentation makes the transformation absurd and is useful as a reaction to an unexpectedly dramatic makeover.
