What it means

A grainy security-camera video shows a chaotic confrontation breaking out among people behind a restaurant counter, with one person appearing to fall as others gesture and react dramatically. The sudden escalation, frantic blocking, and Misirlou’s surf-rock intensity make the scene look like an over-the-top Quentin Tarantino action sequence, so the meme is used for absurd real-life chaos and cinematic fights.
