Korean Music vs Movies
Korean music Korean movies
A two-panel comparison contrasts cheerful Korean music, represented by a smiling person in bright pink, with moody Korean movies, represented by a man in a white suit smoking in blue lighting. The joke plays on the stereotype that Korean pop music is colorful and upbeat while Korean cinema is dark, dramatic, and melancholic; it is used as a reaction to that contrast.
