Big Floppa Greets Xi Jinping
Hello Xi Jinping from 中华人民共和国 Hello Big Floppa from РОССИЯ
A four-panel meme contrasts Big Floppa, a caracal representing China, with Xi Jinping representing Russia. The joke comes from swapping the expected countries and leaders, creating an absurd diplomatic greeting. It is used as a reaction to surreal political humor or bizarre cross-cultural comparisons.
