Head on Backwards Friend
His friend looks like a mannequin with the head on backwards
Two teenage boys stand in a school hallway by the lockers, and one touches the other’s chest while they look at each other. The joke says the friend resembles a mannequin whose head has been turned backwards, mocking his stiff posture and unnatural-looking appearance as a reaction to an awkward photo.
