Walking a Pet Catfish in Floodwater

A person wearing gray sneakers walks through shallow floodwater while a catfish swims alongside, apparently being taken out for a walk like a pet. The absurd visual literalizes the spoken joke about walking a pet catfish during a flood, making it useful as a surreal reaction to unusual or chaotic situations. Playful music and splashing water heighten the comedic tone.
