Three Months Later Transformation

I am depressed 3 month later

A sad-looking woman tells a muscular blond man that she is depressed. Three months later, she has become visibly overweight while the man has transformed into a much larger, bearded and muscular version of himself. The joke exaggerates the idea that time can dramatically change people, presenting both transformations as an absurd response to depression.
