Summertime Sadness Sleeping Man

Summertime Sadness

A sleeping or exhausted man is superimposed over a vast sunflower field beneath a dramatic sunset sky. The caption “Summertime Sadness” humorously turns a beautiful summer scene into an exaggerated reaction to sadness, exhaustion, or emotional burnout. People send it as a melancholic reaction when summer does not feel joyful. EN: A sleeping or exhausted man is superimposed over a vast sunflower field beneath a dramatic sunset sky.
