Girls Staring at Colossus

Text on the meme

COLOSSUS

What it means

Three anime-style girls stand behind a wall and stare at a huge masked creature rising in the distance. The joke is the exaggerated, ominous reaction to something enormous and intimidating, making it useful as a reaction to an overwhelming situation or a very big problem.
