Text on the meme

POV TRANS LIVES MATTER xel / xem HELL

What it means

A chaotic collage of pride flags, queer symbols, cartoon characters, internet logos, and colorful fandom imagery surrounds the words “POV” and “HELL.” The joke portrays an imagined reactionary idea of queer and online culture as “hell,” making the image an exaggerated, ironic reaction meme.
