ABORTION IN IN BOSNIA

What it means

A snowman lies in the snow with what appears to be a small child or doll embedded in its body. The caption makes a dark, absurd joke by portraying an abortion in Bosnia as a snowman containing a child, used as an edgy reaction to disturbing or bizarre situations.
