Americans Are Bulletproof
If you have layer of fat over 2 feet thick, you can stop a bullet just by your fat. ~70% of Americans: Ha ha ha! I am bulletproof!
A doctor measures the waist of a very obese person, followed by a chaotic Team Fortress 2 Heavy firing a minigun. The joke exaggerates the statistic about Americans being overweight and imagines them taking the claim literally by becoming bulletproof. It is used as an absurd reaction to jokes about obesity, guns, or exaggerated physical protection.
