Trollface Pill Time Friends

I love my friends pill time where are my friends

A trollface stick figure is shown with three older men, then takes a pill and watches the friends fade away before asking where they are. The joke is that the character’s friends disappear after taking medication, making it a reaction to loneliness, medication effects, or suddenly losing contact with friends.
