We Lost the Baby I Found Him

Text on the meme

We lost the baby. UPDATE: My wife is currently under watch at the hospital as she is possibly going through what is likely a miscarriage. I can't be with her at this time due to COVI... I found him

What it means

A Twitter screenshot shows someone announcing that they lost a baby, followed by a serious update about a possible miscarriage. A reply saying “I found him” is paired with an absurd image of a tiny person sitting on a man's hat, turning the tragic situation into dark, surreal humor.
