Sexually Suggestive Snow Sculpture

Text on the meme

PLEASE STOP MAKING SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE SNOW SCULPTURES AT CITY HALL!! WE HAVE CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED AND POLICE WILL BE INVESTIGATING!!

What it means

A snowy sculpture at City Hall depicts a faceless human figure with outstretched arms and a suggestive shape below it. The joke is that the city humorously treats an innocent snow sculpture as a criminally sexual act and threatens a police investigation. It is sent as an absurd reaction to something unexpectedly suggestive. EN: A snowy sculpture at City Hall depicts a faceless human figure with outstretched arms and a suggestive shape below it.
