TF2 Players Celebrate a Tiny Update

Text on the meme

TF2 PLAYERS WHEN VALVE ADDS A 1 MB UPDATE

What it means

Three Team Fortress 2 players perform an exaggerated synchronized dance in a grassy game-like field while Flo Rida’s “Low” (feat. T-Pain) plays. The joke is that TF2 players celebrate even an absurdly small 1 MB Valve update as if it were a major event, making this a reaction meme for game updates and patch hype.
