Romania Is Always Watching
America England Romania
A three-panel meme compares surveillance cameras in America and England with a Romanian rooftop whose windows look like watchful eyes. The joke is that Romania appears to have built-in surveillance everywhere, using the roof’s windows and structure to create a face-like illusion. It is sent as an absurd reaction to feeling watched or monitored.
