How It Started How It’s Going
How it started How it’s going
A smiling person wearing winter clothing and holding a large commemorative coin appears under “How it started,” followed by a solemn mugshot under “How it’s going.” The joke contrasts an optimistic or successful beginning with a dramatically worse outcome, making it useful as a reaction to decline or a failed situation.
