Girls and Boys Profile Pictures

Text on the meme

Girls profile picture: in Real world: Boys profile picture: in real world: I have Autism

What it means

A four-panel comparison shows stylized girls’ and boys’ profile pictures contrasted with how they supposedly look in real life. The joke exaggerates the difference between flattering online avatars and unexpected real-world appearances, with the muscular man and the anime girl adding an absurd contrast. It is used as a humorous reaction to unrealistic profile pictures or online self-presentation.
