A man with glasses and green-beaded braids sits in the driver’s seat of a car while a dark-mode replies panel lists alleged “video highlights,” escalating from reckless driving to abuse and predatory crimes. The joke is the absurdly incriminating contrast between the calm-looking driver and the horrifying list, used as a reaction to imply that someone’s content or behavior is deeply disturbing.
