What it means

A news-style post shows front and profile mugshots of Samantha Jewel Hernandez alongside a report about her arrest for assaulting her boyfriend after he refused sex. The joke comes from the absurd contrast between the serious police wording and the bizarre, sexually charged situation, making it useful as a reaction to chaotic or unbelievable behavior.
