A Surgeon vs A Plastic Surgeon
A Surgeon A Plastic Surgeon
A real surgeon in blue scrubs and a surgical mask is shown giving a thumbs-up, contrasted with a LEGO-like plastic surgeon minifigure in matching medical clothing. The joke plays on the double meaning of “plastic surgeon,” comparing a surgeon who performs plastic surgery with a surgeon literally made of plastic, and is used as a pun-based reaction meme.
