Girls with autism Boys with autism VS hi 💛 im 19 years old and autistic

What it means

A split-panel comparison shows a smiling young woman introducing herself as a 19-year-old autistic person, contrasted with a muscular man intensely lifting weights in a gym. The joke humorously contrasts a gentle, socially present stereotype of autistic girls with an exaggerated, hypermasculine stereotype of autistic boys, so it is used as an ironic reaction to different presentations of autism.
