WHAT A NICE YOUNG FELLOW I WONDER WHAT HE'LL SAY

What it means

Franklin Clinton from Grand Theft Auto V watches Lamar Davis approach outside a suburban house, wondering what he will say. The joke plays on the exaggeratedly polite caption contrasted with the characters’ rough criminal-world context, making it useful as a reaction to meeting someone whose intentions or words are unpredictable.
