Wait for It to Rain
I wish I wish I could fly It is done. poof Nothing's changed. Wait for it to rain
A four-panel comic shows a person wishing to fly, while a genie-like character grants the wish by giving them wings. Nothing appears to change, but the final panel reveals the person has a Trollface and is waiting for rain so the wings will work. The joke is a literal, delayed interpretation of the wish, used as an absurd reaction to technically fulfilling a request.
