Sometimes the Side Chick Ain't a Chick
SOMETIMES THE SIDE CHICK AIN'T EVEN A CHICK... IT'S A BLU-RAY COPY OF THE LIGHTHOUSE (2019--DIR.-ROBERT-EGGERS) STARRING WILLEM DAFOE AND ROBERT PATTINSON
A man in a cap leans over a Blu-ray copy of The Lighthouse, which features Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson. The joke twists the phrase “side chick” by revealing that his secret companion is actually a movie disc, emphasizing an absurdly intense attachment to the film. It can be sent as a reaction to showing that someone is obsessed with a movie or chooses a favorite film over romance.
