American Football World Champions

Text on the meme

American football: exists only in America (ok and Canada) Americans: WORLD CHAMPIONS

What it means

A collage shows American football players celebrating as “WORLD CHAMPIONS,” followed by a globe depicting the United States as nearly the entire world. The joke mocks American exceptionalism and the use of “world champions” for a sport played mainly in the United States and Canada, making it useful as a sarcastic reaction to American-centric claims.
