How I Imagined My Thirties

How I imagined I'd look in my 30's How I look in my 20's

A two-panel comparison shows a muscular cartoon man relaxing in a car under “How I imagined I'd look in my 30's,” contrasted with a stylish young animated woman under “How I look in my 20's.” The joke is the reversal of expectations: the person imagined aging into a confident, muscular adult but instead looks younger and fashionably awkward in their twenties. It is used as a self-deprecating reaction to unrealistic expectations about growing up.
