The JPG Has Been Removed

Text on the meme

Finally, after 10 hours of surgery... ... the jpg has been removed.

What it means

A Doge wearing a surgical cap stands in an operating room after a long operation, while the lower panel shows a hospital bed with a removed JPG image and checkerboard transparency around it. The joke treats removing an image background as a dramatic surgical procedure, making it a reaction to difficult or time-consuming image editing.
