Floppa Sees a British Person

FLOPPA WHEN WHEN HE SEES A BRITISH "PERSON"

A brown caracal known as Big Floppa notices a child and slowly approaches him across a wooden-floored room before hiding beside a yellow chair. The joke treats the animal as an exaggeratedly predatory or suspicious reaction to seeing a British person, using the absurd caption to make the cat’s behavior seem like a meme character’s response.
