Kim Jong-un Birthday Party

Text on the meme

This Brazilian girl is a big fan of K-pop and all Korean culture, so her father without understanding much wanted to customize his party with the most famous Korean character he found.

What it means

A Brazilian girl celebrates her birthday beside a cake and decorations featuring Kim Jong-un, apparently chosen by her father as the most famous Korean figure he could find. The joke is that he mistakes a North Korean political leader for a K-pop or Korean-culture icon, creating an awkwardly misguided birthday theme.
