EN: A black-and-white cat stands in front of a televised weather forecast, appearing to point at the map like a meteorologist. The serious typhoon forecast becomes absurd because the cat looks as if it is explaining the weather. It can be used as a reaction to humorously over-explain the weather or a situation.
